Computer design enables buyers to make changes when needed during the planning stages. Our new system allows buyers to see their designs online in a few days. From here changes can be made quickly and speed up the design process.
All our factory teams are in PA. We have new and updated factories that can build up to 3 houses a day. This gives us greater buying power with lumber companies and suppliers, which we are able to pass along to the home buyers and builders.
Open joist 2000 floor systems can be used for your new home. Webs trusses are finger jointed & glued to chords for squeak free floors and allow room for HVAC systems and utilities.
Climate controlled building conditions enable us to provide the best craftsmanship and attention to detail. Lumber and materials are kept warm and dry. This makes for straight lumber and un-bucking sub-floors because the materials have not been stressed by the weather. This all makes a straighter and tighter home. This will also help prevent mold.
